The Daily Good: Day 29

Pace. Sometimes I need a reminder that the pace I am living can change at anytime. Over the weekend I had an allergic reaction. Obviously this was not planned and it was on the brink of a very busy weekend. All ended fine, thankfully to a wonderful husband who got me to a ER quicky, friends go noticed what was happening and the healthcare workers who took such great care of me.

What didn’t matter in this event was my to do list. Everything stopped for me. My pace was changed. The change was done to me, out of my control. It gave me perspective and allowed me to see how caring others can be when I slowdown and notice.

There is good everywhere, we only need to pause long enough to see it.

This is a social experiment I’m doing. I’ve posted about 20 days so far something old. I’m going to keep doing this each day. You can find my previous stories, by clicking on my name at the top upper left hand corner and navigating to them.

If you are a working mom and feel like every day is a challenge and want to change it, I’d love to work together. I coach busy working moms to help them accomplish what matters most. We working moms can’t do it all, but we can do what matters most.

Here’s a short video on my coaching process.

Let’s work together.
